A section of political analysts and party insiders has accused the founding members of the Justice Forum (JEEMA) of exhibiting signs of “founder syndrome”—a tendency to cling to control and resist institutional growth. Critics argue that this behavior contradicts democratic principles and threatens the party’s internal cohesion and relevance on the national political scene.

The war amongst JEEMA’s founding members has continued to boil uncovered by Hajji Ssentongo Abdul Noor Kyamundu a de facto Presidential aspirant pinning founding members that are pro Assuman Basalirwa, the incumbent President for running their party as a private company which’s very unlawful.

The out of order member founders include;

1) Hajji Mohammed Kateregga,the Secretary General

2) Imam Idd Kasoozi,the Disciplinary Committee Chairperson

3) Professor Abbas Kiyimba, the Chairperson for Constitutional Review Committee

4) Hajji Kibirige Mayanja,the party’s Chairperson.

Hajji Kyamundu’s move of hunting these founder members with missiles was sparked off by their thirst for power which propelled them to extend their term for another 3-years which are to expire in 2028.

History the great judge has that these leader’s term expired in 2020 but have time to time adamantly decided to disregard the party constitution by purporting a term extension.

By the time we will reach in 2028,it means Basalirwa and his power blinded pros will have illegally clung in power for 8 long years

Hajji Kyamundu in an exclusive interview with this mighty website asserted that these founder members lost their democratic values to a serious infection of ”founder syndrome” which makes them feel they have a special entitlement.

This is why for them, a person to lead JEEMA and critical decisions in the party must be made by them and the role of the official structures of the party should be to rubber stamp their decisions.

In that way, whoever challenges their authority is indiscipline and is either rewarded with suspension letters or told off to exit for there is free entry and exit from their mighty JEEMA Kingdom.”

Kyamundu emphasized that founder syndrome has badly cost their party because it shades a picture that their party is as the NRM they are fighting to cast out of power

It’s here he requested members that have the party heart to rally behind him through his Holy Alliance Pressure Group and object these unethical acts of their founder members because they are contrary to both democratic principles and common sense.
