Is Kitata back?Why he wanted Legislator Mukasa killed when he had gone to tour the New Busega Market.

Rubaga South’s legislator Aloysius Mukasa has confirmed to this mighty website that the plot to chase him out of the newly opened Busega Market by Kifeesi’s like a mobile phone thief was hatched by Abdullah Kitata, the patron of Boda Boda 2010 gang.

Mukasa narrated that “as I was entering the market, I by passed a group of muscular Kifeesi’s cloaked in Yellow T-shirts branded with the picture of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. A few others, on top of the yellow T-shirts, wore reflector jackets meant for the market guides.”

The legislator had dashed to the market to carry out a serious investigation on complaints from vendors that;

• Stalls had been distributed among vendors biasedly basing on their political affiliation.
• Stalls especially those on the ground floor were being sold to vendors at mad prices by the market officials yet in actual sense all stalls were met to be distributed among vendors for free.
• Area Politicians had connived with market officials to acquire for themselves, friends and relatives all the well positioned stalls in the market

Mukasa high lighted further that “When the Kifeesi’s saw that I had completed entered, they disguised themselves as vendors by putting on gentle shirts on top of their T-shirts and as I interviewed vendors they came to launch an attack on me by accusing me that I was politicking by early campaigning which sabotages their work. When they asked me to leave, I refused which escalated tensions”

It’s this incident that was captured in a video that has been viral on social media since Wednesday evening showing Mukasa being grabbed by jerk and tie dragging him like a goat out of the market.

WHY MUKASA BELIEVES HE WAS ATTACKED BY KIFEESI’S AND ISO OPERATIVES

Apart from the fact that Mukasa’s attackers were snuffling weed, he insists that they were Kifeesi’s by emphasizing that the gang commander was a topical Kifeesi known as Mutooka Mbani who was a very close associate of Paddy Sserunjogi alias as Sobbi the infamous Kifeesi leader who got killed in cold blood in December/2023 in Gomba.

Mukasa added that the Kifeesi’s who did violence against him included ISO operatives because three of them had guns which forced him to adhere to all the dishonoring manner he was treated.

MUKASA ACCUSES KITATA FOR MASTERMINDING THIS PLOT

After being thoroughly humiliated Mukasa investigated and found out the entire plot was being hatched by Abdallah Kitata who doubles as the chairman of NRM Rubaga Division.

Mukasa described Kitata as the new disease that has infected all government markets. That it’s on Kitata’s will that daily market activities are done because he snatched powers of all government officials in markets.

Mukasa concluded by saying “because Kitata new that my investigations where going to expose his dirtiness in the report I was going to present to parliament, he was more than determined to have me killed by the Kifeesi’s”
