Routinely, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa eats his dinner of 2-5 boiled Irish potatoes and vegetable soup while watching news on UBC TV but should a story to deal with Chairman Nyanzi Fred Ssentamu be aired, he suddenly loses appetite.

The President eats little or no food at lunch, so at his old age to forego the long night minus supper as well, it puts his life at high risk of catching ulcers. In forbidding the situation from worsening, our very reliable sources from State House disclosed to this mighty website that Jane Barekye, the State House Controller suspended all employees named Nyanzi from serving the President.

Chairman Nyanzi who doubles as the elder to NUP’s President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine to become “Ssabalwanyi” Museveni’s nightmare is due to his ambition to contest as Lord Mayor for the capital city, Kampala.

PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ORDERS ISO AND ESO TO INVESTIGATE ABOUT NYANZI

When rumors about Chairman Nyanzi’s intentions to contest for Lord Mayorship fell in the ears of President Museveni, he immediately ordered (Rtd)Major Kakooza Mutale,the Director of Special Operations in State House, The Internal Security Organization(ISO)and The External Security Organization(ESO) to conduct thorough investigations on Chairman Nyanzi and bring to him a report of their findings within 15 days.

WHAT WAS DISCOVERED

The no joking investigators from ISO and ESO found out that;

A)Nyanzi was more schooled than Lukwago. The investigators in their report explained that;

• In 1997 Nyanzi obtained a Diploma in Stores Management and Business Administration from MUBS.
• In early 2000s he got degree in Social Sciences from MAK
• In 2005 he received a Diploma in Campaign Management from Germany
• In 2024 he achieved a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict studies. Nyanzi capped his studies with a thesis on constitutionalism, governance, and Uganda’s quest for peace and national stability since 1962.

Nyanzi’s determination to studying highly impressed President Museveni.

B)Nyanzi wasn’t in politics and leadership inadvertently. In their report, the investigators explained to President Museveni that Nyanzi has got a special experience in leadership because his title Chairman isn’t for “Kiwaani,” Nyanzi had served as Kamwokya Quarter Africa Zone, chairman for 15 years.

That Nyanzi started his political career from Makerere University with the likes of Wasswa Ziritwawula,the former Chairperson of Kampala Central and contestant for Lord Mayorship in 2000 and that Nyanzi is among the founding people of Uganda Young Democrats(UYD)

President Museveni began sweating when the investigators dug deeper and found out that at the height of the heated debate of Uganda’s 2000 referendum that was intended to restore the multi-party system by voters voting whether they wanted to adopt a multi-party political system or stay with the one -party government, commonly known as The Movement, that Nyanzi and other youths of that time like Saddam Gayira who is now President of the PPP which was started by Bidandi Ssali,were led by Hajji Jingo Kaya to tour around the country to convince the people to fully support the proposal to return to the multi-party system.

It is important to remember that this election was held on 29th June 2000 and ended with Nyanzi and his allies being hit a bloody knock out at a percentage of 90.On 28th July 2005 a second referendum on the same subject was held and this time round, both the government and opposition supported a return to a multiparty system thus the referendum being approved by voters with over 90% of the votes.

C)Nyanzi is damn rich. This meant that Nyanzi had enough money to spend during campaigns without going to a bank or money lenders to borrow money. The investigators proved this by a touching photographs of Nyanzi’s two flats, rental houses, watching bay and over 10 prime plots located in Kamwokya and other parts of greater Kampala. They also a touched a photograph of Nyanzi’s Mansion located in Kyebando.

Investigators insisted that Nyanzi did not accumulate all this wealth from the money he swindles from NUP because he had been along term secret funder of DP activities.

This report froze President Museveni more when he was alerted that although Nyanzi has money, campaigns could end minus Nyanzi financing them from his pockets because he has used his position as Secretary for National Mobilization in NUP strategically by befriending people in the Diaspora from whom he can mobilize funds to finance his campaigns

D)If Kampalanians were voting tomorrow, Nyanzi had 60% chances of winning the Lord Mayorship race because of the strong support he has earned himself from the youths in the Ghettos.

INVESTIGATORS CAUTION PRESIDENT MUSEVENI NOT TO RISK NYANZI FOR LORD MAYORSHIP

The report left President Museveni in a dilemma because the investigators recommended that if Nyanzi becomes Lord Mayor, black clouds will have begun to cover his presidency because Nyanzi’s politics are driven on Defiance.

Investigators added that Nyanzi through the Kunga programme, he built a youth gang called “Kampala Waffe. ”This gang has commanders in every village in Kampala and more than 20 people who believe in them.

This gang does Nyanzi’s grass root mobilization for mayorship without fear or favor.

The gang commanders are too royal to Nyanzi to an extent that even if it necessitates them to sacrifice their lives for Nyanzi just like Jesus died for our sins, they too can.They also have a special and quick networking system because should Nyanzi call the Commander General and ask him to mobilise his troops, with in 30 minutes they all be in the agreed place.

Investigators in their report concluded by cautioning President Museveni not to let a person like Nyanzi to be Lord Mayor because when the city is in political uncertainty like that of the One million Match to Entebbe airport, Nyanzi can quickly mobilize people and start slow protests that can later become sower like the case was in Libya with Col Maummer Gaddafi and in Sudan with Omar Bashir
