School Leadership Praises the New Curriculum

The Deputy Head Teacher, Bazibu Paul, also praised the students for their hard work, noting that this was the first group of Senior Four candidates at the school since it started in 2020. He highlighted that most of the students came from rural areas, yet they had excelled beyond expectations.

“We appreciate the founders of this school for providing all the necessary support, which enabled our students to perform exceptionally well. Most of them passed with grades A, B, and C,” said Bazibu.

Workshops and Practical Learning Contributed to Success.

Makumbi Juma, the Class Teacher, credited the students’ excellent performance to regular workshops attended by both teachers and learners. He explained that these workshops helped students grasp concepts rather than rely on rote memorization (cramming). He also thanked the school administration for continuously supporting the teachers in ensuring students succeed academically.

“Workshops and practical teaching have been key to our success. A student needs to understand what they are doing, not just memorize facts. We thank the school management for their continuous support,” said Juma.

Head Teacher Calls for Continued Cooperation.

While addressing the gathering, Head Teacher Ssonga Ramadhan expressed his gratitude towards the parents and school leadership, acknowledging their role in providing all the necessary support for both students and teachers.

He emphasized the importance of strong cooperation between teachers and parents in ensuring continued academic success and encouraged all stakeholders to actively participate in workshops and learning programs to help students achieve even greater milestones.
